| 01 | Deputy Director (Research) | 01 | External: A four-year special degree with a First Class or Second Class Upper in Science / Agriculture from a recognized university and a PhD degree in the relevant discipline.AND At least 15 years research experience at managerial level and management experience in a recognized organization, out of which at least 8 years should be after obtaining PhD and 2 years at Senior Managerial Level.Proven ability to lead and direct multidisciplinary teams of research scientists and experience in proper deployment and efficient management of human and other resources.Internal: Required qualifications as above OR minimum 5 years satisfactory service in Middle Management (MM 1-2 Grade 1) or Senior Academic / Research (AR 2) service category at the Coconut Research Institute. | 35–50 years Upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates. | Service: Senior Academic / Research (AR 1) Salary: Rs. 152,500 – 15 × 4,100 – 214,000 Initial Salary: Rs. 152,500 |
